1. Return Window

Initiation Period: Returns must be initiated within 12 hours of delivery. Please get in touch with our support team (crm@tajoreofficial.com) for the same.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable. These include custom-made items, personalized products, and items marked as final sale.
3. Return Condition

Original Condition: Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for return:

They must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

Include the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes, hangers, and any freebies (if provided).

Items must be returned in their original packaging.
4. Return Fees

Self-Shipping: If the pickup service is unavailable, customers are responsible for self-shipping the product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Exchange Policy

Exchange Window: Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of delivery, subject to certain restrictions:

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

Any product exchanged once will be considered as customised and not be eligible for further exchange.

Price differences must be settled (paid or credited) when exchanging for items of higher or lower value.

Custom made products are NOT eligible for exchange.
